Being the latest addition to the team is never going to be easy, especially when you are new to an industry and in your first full time employment. Day to day I have been gaining a lot of knowledge and this has been aided greatly from the information imparted by visiting account managers.

Ch-Ch-Chilly in Chester, Chepstow; Cheltenham

Well I certainly clocked up some miles over last weekend but I had a thoroughly great time, some extremely happy Lodges and I also won some money.

Friday morning I journeyed Bournemouth to Chester to visit the Ramada Hotel there to meet with the Lodge we had in the hotel to run through the final points regarding their Ladies Festival. The President and his Lady were delightful and we spent a lovely hour familiarising them with the hotel facilities and running through the details of their Ladies Weekend.

Here at Square Events we like to think we move with the times. It makes for an interesting dichotomy when trying to maintain a traditional, hands-on and personal approach whilst evolving to keep with the times.

Masonic Festivals are a tried and tested formula, the reason they are popular is that the ever suffering WAG’s of the average Freemason are shown the respect and appreciation their unerring devotion deserves. Also they provide a great opportunity to recruit new members and raise a bit of money for the Lodge charity list.…
