We will contact all suitable venues that match your brief and send the enquiry out to them. All unavailable and unrealistically priced venues will be filtered out. If there are any specific venues you would like us to speak to please let us know.
A comprehensive proposal will be sent to you within a few days. With hotel ‘first offer’ rates exactly as they are quoted to us.
Our services are paid for by the confirmed venue via a small commission paid post event. With our buying power, knowledge of historic rates and negotiation skills Square Events will ensure best price and added value for your event.
Once you’ve narrowed your options to a shortlist we can organise site visits and further negotiate with the venues to ensure the best possible rate and package.
